If the FS9 exe being run does not match the information at
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\DirectPlay8\Applications\{0808caa5-e62c-4691-8957-5d4524b922da},
the multiplayer auto-join feature will not work.  We should confirm this when
starting up sbmpjoin9.dll.  Use the GetCommandLine() function.

The more I thought about this one, the more I realized it should just be part of
the FAQ on troubleshooting auto-join problems.  The main hassle is that since
the code for this would be in the auto-join DLL, it would require creation of a
whole new string table, etc.  I'll leave the bug open for now, slated for post-3.0.
