Not sure if this is a bug..but accessing the SB pop-up menu by right clicking
the SB window causes FS9 to pause. Ideally, FS9 should keep running the
background. I did check and FS9 was not set to Pause on Task yet this is what
happened. SB3 was running in module mode at the time.

This could be seen as a problem. For a while I was running all of the SB3
module in its own thread, to avoid this very thing. But that completely broke
the ability to see the SB window on top of a full screen FS.
Not sure what the best course of action is here.

I guess that might be worth mentioning as well. I always run FS9 in a window
(and never full screen). So based on your comments, it happens both in a window
and in full screen.

For now, we'll consider it analagous to clicking on the FS menu. This also
causes FS to block. I don't see any viable solution to this issue anyway.
Threading the UI definitely didn't work.
