As the FSInfo level, should return invalid frequencies if this switch is off.

Battery etc will also affect this.  Master avionics switch is at FSUIPC offset
0x2e80.  Master battery switch is at 0x281C.  See also offsets 0x3102 and 0x3103.

Nice realism addition, but not really necessary for 3.0 release.
