When a sound file is chosen for one of the sound events, the path should be
checked. If it is below where SB is installed, it should be set as a relative
path. If not, it should remain absolute. Then when the path is loaded to play
the sound, the SB path should be prepended if necessary.

This will prevent the problem of installing in one location, uninstalling and
then installing in another location.
