My name is Mike. I just downloaded SB4 for FSX and when I go to multiplayer session, I can hear others, but they cant hear me. There is a note on my sb4 screen that says " transmitting on 121.7--TEXT only. How do I make it where my voice transmits. I push the "transmit" key on keyboard, and I can here the key sound, but nothing is transmitting. I have fsuip added on, though I didnt register it (is it free?) Could that be the prob?

Hi Mike,
You dont need the registered version of FSUIPC.
You see the words text only when either no controller exists on that frequency or when they are not using voice.
Did you see a controller listed on 121.7 at the time? |

Thx Norman,
I can hear others speaking, but they cant here me... I calibrated my mike, and it said there was a problem with the recording; although on playback of the test I made, it sounded ok to me.

If it says text only you shouldnt be hearing them at all.
When are you able to connect next so we can check. |
