My Framerates are dropping dramatically, especially when approaching a busy area

1. Set the aircraft texture quality in FS to a lower setting
2. Reduce the Multiplayer range to 10 Miles or less
3. Reduce the Multiplayer update rate to 5p/s
4. Turn on FS Smoothing in the advanced options

I am losing voice traffic. It works for a time, but then stops. Pressing the transmit key gets things going again.

This is an issue on some routers with UDP packets. It can sometimes be resolved by updating the firmware on the router and/or disabling UPNP.

Most of these type of issues have been related to router settings, DirectX problems and general TCPIP transport problems on users PC's. A few users have reported that Earl Hilton's (BlazeFytr) "find" of a TCPIP Stack reset utility has resolved these issues.

It is important to note, that we do not directly support this utility, but feel free to give it a go.
