I know the intent has always been to keep everyone logged onto the same place to maximize traffic, however there are sooo many possibilities to use SB / VRC as a classroom training tool. If it is possible to setup a private server (even if by commercial license), you would bridge a major void between desktop ATC simulation and big companies like Adacel.
If not that, than maybe a VATSIM training server where pilots/controllers can log into "sessions" much like FS multi-player mode, for the sake of setting up isolated training scenarios. In a classroom with 10 computers and 3 pseudo-pilots, such a "training server" would also be HIGHLY valuable.
Combine that with the tool to create "robo-pilots" and it would be AMAZING!
Feel free to contact me about why I ask! I don't mind paying $$$.
