Hi all,
I have just installed SB4 onto my FSX installation and the problem I am having is it takes ages to load up. It sticks at loading aircraft equipment.
Any ideas on this fault? |

Did you ever figure out what the cause of this is? I'm having the same issue after loading SB4 on a windows 7 64 bit machine. SB starts but locks up FSX when SB4 starts loading aircraft equipment info???????
Thank you |

| Had a similar problem and, via another post, got a workaround that meant running SB separately, outside of FSX. A real pain though as you have to switch windows. Where have you installed FSX? I had it in the default location but have read an article saying it should be in the root directory for Win7 users; not in the games folder. Since re-installing there my system seems OK at the moment. i also installed SB in its own folder inside the FSX folder I created in the root of the drive. I'm running Win7 64 bit. |

| SB4 is free. Details on how it works can be found elsewhere on this site but it is very easy to use (apart from the odd problem with changing versions of Windows!) |
